The inquiry, opened March 3, 2016, found that since 2011 Green had failed to properly list one of two Honolulu investment condominiums on his annual financial disclosure statements by tax map key (TMK) number and address, as required since it was investment property he did not live in. Green called it a clerical/administrative error, saying he "put the basic information in the wrong box," and filed an amended disclosure on March 8, 2016 once notified. He agreed to pay a $300 administrative fine. The Commission said he "should have exercised greater care when completing his financial disclosure statements"; the settlement was not deemed an admission that he violated the State Ethics Code, and no formal ethics charge was filed. · Green paid a $300 administrative fine and filed an amended financial disclosure statement in a negotiated resolution with the Ethics Commission; no formal charge was issued.
