Feenstra for Congress and its treasurer Thomas Charles Datwyler were referred by the FEC's Reports Analysis Division for failure to disclose all financial activity in the original 2024 April Quarterly Report (filed April 15, 2024, covering January 1–March 31, 2024). An amended report filed May 15, 2024 disclosed an additional $288,632.05 in disbursements not in the original filing, bringing total disbursements from $770,213.08 to $1,058,845.13.
